Jennifer listened when I first explained my intentions. She worked relentlessly to deal with a very difficult seller and seller's agent. She was available when I had questions and she answered everything I asked quickly. She was encouraging and positive about the process. There were times I wanted to give up because the seller was impossible but she never waivered in her efforts to finish the transaction. We finally got the house and my family is so appreciative to have a home. I believe Jennifer is the kind of advocate people need in this challenging housing market.

I couldn't be happier with the speed of the sale, less than a week after listing, especially with my house going on the market the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. And of course, getting a higher sale price than I anticipated was fantastic. The home had water damage and deferred maintenance, needed new flooring throughout, and some new appliances and plumbing fixtures. It was an investor-only, as-is sale, so I thought it would take weeks or months to sell.
