They go above and beyond , we would send them pics all day and night and they were like were checking and get right back with us , they was there every step of the way until final close , they should be the only real estate agents in Columbus

We could not be happier with Robert and Jennifer Kidwell. Their professionalism and understanding of our needs was crucial in our quest for our new home. We know without them we would not have found our dream home. Thank you Robert & Jennifer!

There is so much good with this team. Selling our home started on a gut-feeling and it resulted in us gaining more money than we could have ever imagined in 3 short years. This was all attributed to Jennifer and Robert - their knowledge of how to stage the house, to the professional photographer, to 'pack your house' as a recommendation for staging and just the market in general. And we also bought our next home in the same day we sold our house. It takes tenacity and a special knowledge base to help people through this process. The only downside is we no longer get to work with these wonderful people. From the first interaction to ongoing to now we're (sadly) coming to a close on our daily interactions with Jennifer and Robert. Just. Awesome. They utilize any form of communication to keep us informed along the way, helped ease our anxiety when we hit those big moments in the process and were always professional, yet personable. Jennifer and Robert came to the table ready to work - they brought a projected sellers sheet, comps, etc. The other broker we had over prior to Jennifer and Robert came to see the property and that was it. Bringing all that data and being prepared sold us on them from the get go. They were also VERY confident in the market and what could be done. The other broker was not.

Jennifer worked diligently to get all my questions answered about this property. She went above and beyond to help me purchase this property. She knew that I had immediately fallen in love with the house, yard and community.

Jennifer is one of the hardest working real estate workers around. Despite selling her home, buying another and moving, she took excellent care of me and my real estate needs. She was constantly on top of everything. I received notification of all showings in a timely manner which was much appreciated. Jennifer's positive can-do attitude was refreshing. Does hand holding count? Jennifer knew this was the first time I purchased a home on my own, since my husband passed away. She was kind and reasssuring through it all.
