Bob Kennedy did a fantastic job working with me and my housing needs. Always responded promptly on any questions or setting appointments for viewing homes. My boundaries were in multiple cities on Bob always was there to show me the house for consideration. Never had any issues with communication, questions or answers. Knows his business well. Bob worked with me closely through all the stages of my home purchase. Handled my home purchase very well.

We found Bob when the agent we had at the time was too busy to take us to see the houses we wanted. Bob took us to see places that the other agent told us to wait until the end of the week, on the same day we talked to him. Inside of that same week, we had looked at double the number of houses we had looked at with the previous agent in three weeks. He also educated us more on the process of home buying, and filled in the gaps we always felt were missing.

My family has worked with Bob Kennedy for years so there was no question as to who I would go to when I wanted to purchase my first home. Bob was extremely knowledgeable and incredibly helpful during the entire process. He was always available whenever I had questions or concerns (which was often). He not only made the home buying process smooth and easy but was also incredibly helpful with the mortgage process as well. I would recommend him to anyone.

Bob Kennedy is the best broker I’ve ever seen, he makes everything easy to understand, is very thorough with everything and he thinks of things long before anything comes up so he is always ready for anything. I will continue to choose Bob in the future! He is the best at what he does and you can tell he loves his career and it shows in his work. Bob has assisted me with 4 sales now and I am very pleased with how he handled every single sale. I will continue to choose Bob Kennedy! He is so easy going and friendly and you can trust him to look out for you, even after he has completed the sale. I am very satisfied with my overall experience with all 4 sales from Bob Kennedy and Cebtury 21 Row!

Bob Kennedy is always so professional1 He knows what he is doing and that is obvious when you talk to him. I would recommend Bob to everyone I know, to help you sell your house, condo or to help you purchase your next dream home.

Bob was AWESOME. He answered all my MANY questions..always if I texted answered promptly. Made me feel calm during a VERY stressful experience. And believe me..that's very hard to do. Selling my home after 41 years. I highly recommend him for anyone searching for a realtor. He stayed calm through the entire process. I give Bob a A+

My daughter was Bob Kennedy's client last year. She really likes Bob's service and knowledge, so she recommended Bob to us when we were ready to sell our house. We selected Bob and we have been glad our decision since. Bob is on top of everything, from market analyzing, price setting, advertising, communicating with buyers' agents.... up to closing. Bob provided detailed and clear instructions to us. He came to our house several times to explained the documents we might be confused. The day before the closing, he explained in person every items we need to sign next day, which made us comfortable during the closing. Bob is polite. He gave us suggestions, but at mean time he also listened to our opinions, so we can have fruitful discussions on our concerns. We have bought and sold our houses several times, however Bob is definitely the best agent. We would like to recommend him to every potential buyer or seller!!!

I enjoyed working with Bob Kennedy at Row. He was accurate with the advice he gave, comparisons he made, and the recommended selling price for the house. He always sent and answered email quickly. Bob's photographs of the house for listing were very good. He made the rooms look large and chose good angles. They compared better to online listings from other sellers. I highly recommend others to work with Bob to sell their property.
