We would recommend him to anyone

Bob was a true professional. His knowledge of the market is outstanding. Bob's attention to detail was excellent. Bob was on top of every step in the sales process. His suggestions and advise proved to be invaluable. Furthermore, Bob's problem solving allowed for the closing happen seamlessly. Everyone was prepared and did and excellent job of communicating.

He was always easy to get ahold of and concerned obout our concerns. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Century 21 sold us both of our own houses and we have always trusted them for home sales. He is still helping us even after the sale to figure out things like who pays property tax and when to stop gas and electric service. Overall our experience was very good and we would use Century 21 and Bob again.

We were up against a time constraint when we engaged Bob to sell our home - we needed it sold within 6 weeks. Bob sold our home in 9 days! He is without a doubt a true professional in every sense of the word. Went above and beyond our expectations through the entire sales process. From his thorough marketing of the property to collaborative problem solving during the inspection and closing process, Bob never failed to be there for us. Thank you Bob for your outstanding service!

Just before my home search, I had a tragedy in my family, I was referred to Bob by a close friend-Bob was so highly recommended and I now see why. Bob is an amazing person and I appreciated very much his patience and kindness in helping me find the right fit for myself and for my children. I will be recommending Bob to any and all of my family and friends, it's extremely difficult to find someone in this business that you can truly know has your best interest at heart, Bob is this person and that means so much.

Bob Kennedy is a very professional salesperson and exceeded my expectations in every way. My house was listed on a Thursday late afternoon and I had 4 showings the very next day that resulted 4 offers and was sold that very first day on the market. He was always informative and helpful in every step of the selling process. I have recommended Bob to a neighbor that resulted in the listing of their home.

I was referred to Bob Kennedy by friends and Bob was very professional, but very personal in every aspect of my process. I look forward, and can't wait to experience shopping and the purchase of my next home. I also referred Bob to a friend of 35 yrs. In which my friend was very happy. Bob will always be my realtor, and I will always refer Bob and the Row agency, as everyone was very pleasant, and wonderful to deal with.
