Bob Kennedy did a thorough job in representing my wife and I.

Bob Kennedy was always available to us by computer or phone when we had questions needing answers. We live about three hours from the house we had on the market so this was very important to us. Bob was very pleasant and helpful to work with and even helped getting forms etc from our local municipality for inspections.

Bob is a real honest no bs kind of person and very trustworthy he tells it like it is and thats a rare gift in sales.

Bob Kennedy did an excellent job in preparing the sale of my parents’ house. He was available any time I called with questions and followed up with us after any showing. Highly recommend him to anyone needing these types of services.
