I live out of state and Bob Kennedy helped me sell my secondary home in Michigan. He took care of everything. I didn't have to worry about anything. The listing was fantastic and the house sold for more than asking price in just a few days. He kept me informed of everything that was happening from start to finish. He is the best of the best.

I loved working with Bob. He made me feel at ease from the get-go. He was patient with me and my lack of knowledge for the process. He is personable and thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.
