We were selling off real estate properties in different parts of the country from my brothers estate. Bob Kennedy handled the property outside of Detroit. The property had a tenant who desired to buy the home. The process took quite a while for the tenant to get the financing in place and Bob stuck with the whole way. He guided us through the process, over the inevitable bumps in the road to a successful conclusion. I have worked with a number of agents throughout my life and Bob Kennedy rateds as one of the best. Bob Kennedy has to be the best, most professional realtor in Michigan, no, maybe in the United States. I had moved to Arizona and the house was vacant in Michigan and he covered every aspect of the sale from beginning to end. The house was sold in a week and the closing took place within a month.
