I honestly could not be more enthusiastic about Bob. He made the entire process clear and understandable and provided updates all the way through. Bob actually made selling the house seem like an enjoyable "team sport". We felt like we were all on the same team.If you need any more "proof" of why Bob should be your realtor consider this. After closing, as we were emptying out our house, I fell and fractured my elbow which required surgery. My wife texted Bob to ask him to contact the buyer and let him know we would probably not finish emptying the house. Bob replied my that he was available to come over and assist in moving the rest of the boxes etc...to our new house. WOW!!

Bob was always quick to respond . He would answer questions at anytime of day. Bob was also very patient and personable. He wanted us to be happy and satisfied.
