Robert Ponzi made the sale possible, because I live out of state. Would not have happened without him. I could not do many of the things he accomplished. Trusted Robert Ponzi from day one, or would not have used this agency. He did work at condo above and beyond what any other agent would have done. Also, his guidance in the sale was excellent! Bob had contacts for work needed in the condo from carpet to furniture removal. I was not dissapointed in anyone he hired or the prices. Very reasonable. I think I'm a good judge of character, being a retired police officer, and enjoyed Bob's personality and professionalism right from the day we met. This sale would have not happened without Robert Ponzi's continued help. Because I'm in Ohio, Bob took the lead on many issues, and handled them without my need to return to NY. No other agent would have done as much to promote a sale. Forever grateful to Bob's work ethic. It was a long process due to my living in Ohio, but Robert Ponzi stayed in constant contact on all aspects of sale. Very thorough. The best I can say is that my late mother, Helen Rocco, advised me to contact Bob when the time came to sell, she was right, Robert Ponzi was the best choice, and he proved that time and again! Would recommend him to anyone looking to sell property. Thank you Bob!

Bob Ponzi was amazing at guiding us through the process to sell our home and was with us every step of the way. He was always accessible for questions, support and any last minute unexpected needs. He was an outstanding communicator and kept us informed of all details. I would recommend anyone to Bob to help you navigate selling or buying a home. His knowledge and above and beyond support is unmatched.

Robert Ponzi and Matthew Cisek came highly recommended in terms of experience, knowledge, and personality - and they absolutely delivered on all accounts! Together, they made the process of listing and selling my family home a much easier and more pleasant one than I had anticipated. We are incredibly grateful to them both and are thrilled with how things turned out. Bob and Matt handled all of the details for us, offering advice and help along the way, which was a huge relief! Matt even helped trim our shrubs! Bob helped us fix an appliance issue last minute as well as offered suggestions/contacts/guidance for all of the necessary preparations (such as junk removal, etc.). Don't know where we would be without them! I would absolutely highly recommend Robert Ponzi and Matt Cisek to anyone selling or buying a home. They made the process enjoyable and successful - and made parting with my family home much more of a positive experience than I could have ever imagined! Working with Bob and Matt felt like working with family. We felt incredibly supported, guided, and helped throughout the entire process. It was clear to us that they really cared about us, as well as helping to achieve our shared goal of selling our home. The team helped us find the perfect buyers for our (now their) house. We couldn't be happier!

Bob Ponzi is a consummate professional. He is very diligent in addressing the wants and needs of his clients. He does whatever is necessary to help his clients buy or sell their houses. My husband and I sold and bought three homes in six months with Bob's help. He provided an invaluable service!
