In this industry you really want to have someone like Robert by your side. Robert truly had my best interest in mind, and made sure that I was taken care of and was always flexible with his schedule. I will send Robert all of my friends and family, thank you Robert!

We were fortunate to find Robert Struk and Denise Lorincz because they were the listing agents for another condo in the complex, so we knew they would already be ready to go with comps and market research. What we didn’t know was how kind, compassionate and lovely they would be. Their expertise was apparent as soon as we sat down with them and they advised us perfectly on listing price, how to show the condo, and answered all of our (many) questions. The condo sold immediately, which was a delightful surprise, and Robert and Denise were so helpful with everything we needed to know in the weeks leading up to closing. They were quick to return any communications, answer any questions and provide the support we needed. Their professionalism and general kindness were very much appreciated. As is probably obvious by all of this, I highly recommend them!

Robert was very accessible and knowledgeable. He gave my wife and I informantion straight forward. Never once was it working around his schedule or did we feel like he wasn’t putting enough effort in selling our home. Robert wants the house sold as fast and at cost as the sellers do.

He worked with us on many different weekends or weekdays. All times and met wherever needed.

Rob was great to deal with during our lake house purchase. He was excellent at keeping us informed during all of the purchasing/financing milestones, and interfacing with the the listing agent, bank, title company, etc. for us.

First off..Robert was very friendly and family oriented. He was there anytime I had a question and had awesome suggestions.I would definitely refer all my family and friends to Robert.

Robert Struk is an awesome guy. He worked so well with us, there was just an immediate spark to the business relationship when he began speaking about his dog in our first meeting. Rob was great at finding homes that fit our budget and criteria, and he would not let us settle on a house that just was not quite right for us. He worked with us to schedule all of our meetings and house showings, so that my over the road trucker fiance could be present and involved in the process. Rob and his mortgage partner Michael Van Dusen are such a great team, they work really well together. The two of them communicate well and work together to find solutions and answers to questions you may have or problems that may arise. I have nothing but positive things to say about Rob, and will surely recommend him and his mortgage partner to anyone I know looking to buy a home.

Robert Struk sold my property pretty much the day we signed the paperwork. The entire process was smooth. It is easy to get in touch with him at any time. Very professional. I will use Robert again for my property needs. Sandy, Robert's assistant, is fantastic. Very helpful and responsive.
