Rob Struk has done an outstanding job for us in the past. We sold our most recent house in only 3 days, and it was during the holidays. He is extremely conscientious and keeps us informed every step of the way. We wouldn't even consider using another broker in the Dearborn/Dearborn Heights area.

Just read what I already wrote about Rob Struk in the first three boxes above. I can't say it any better than I've already said it. I can't think of anyone else I'd ever call for my real estate needs. He's been my agent through numerous houses and condos, so he knows me pretty well, which is "half of the battle." Because he knows me, he knows what I'm looking for, and what I have no interest in, so he is able to make efficient use of my time whenever we go out looking at properties. We don't waste time looking at places I would never consider buying. He's always cheerful, pleasant, and fun to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others (in fact, I already have recommended him) because of his knowledge of the many, many details of real estate transactions, and the attention he pays to them. He always makes sure that I understand them as we work through each sale and each purchase, which I appreciate. What more can I say?
