Amazing guy to work with and highly highly recommend his services

My wife Maria and I recently had the pleasure of working with Roberto Sanchez and his team during the purchase of two vacant lots for our future dream home. From start to finish, Roberto demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and dedication. He and his team were consistently patient, thoroughly informative, and tenacious—yet fair—throughout the final negotiations. Roberto balanced assertiveness with integrity, ensuring that our interests were protected while maintaining a collaborative tone with the sellers. We felt confident and well-supported every step of the way. In the end, we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. We believe we secured two fair deals and are now one step closer to realizing our dream home. We sincerely appreciate Roberto’s expertise, commitment, and the genuine care he showed throughout the process. Best regards, Marcel

Roberto Sanchez and his team made selling my home in Round Lake Beach, IL a smooth and successful experience. From listing to closing, he handled everything professionally. His marketing, expert negotiation, and deep knowledge of the local real estate market helped keep me at ease during the process. I highly recommend Roberto to anyone looking to sell their home.

Roberto Sanchez was excellent at getting viewings schedule asap as the market is very competitive and listings were off the market in a few days.

Roberto knows his stuff. Working with him ensures that your purchase will be a well-informed decision. He also has great connections with local inspectors and real-estate lawyers.

Wonderful to work with. His knowledge on houses came in handy especially since we were not looking for a new build home. Roberto was able to point out certain areas where it would require repairs and gave us the estimates. Conversely, he also pointed out the standout areas of the houses that made it a good purchase as well. Made the entire process very seamless with by recommending us a good lawyer, contractors when needed and staying on top of things to make the closing process as easy as possible for me as a first time buyer. Roberto is very respectful and professional and most importantly, he is knowledgeable.
