Roberto . Rob and Charles did a great job with me they find the perfect house

Roberto was very helpful throughout this whole process, being it was something new to us. He helped us getting prepared from the beginning as far as what steps we needed to take in order to put the house on the market. He then put the house on the market and and helped us getting showings, meanwhile also helping us look for a rental property so we could have a home after the closing of our house. A true professional.

A relative recommend Roberto Sanchez to me. They were very happy with the service he provided them. This is the reason why I chose him and I am very happy I did. He demonstrated great knowledge and was very professional. He took the time to listen and met my housing needs. Roberto was friendly and patient. His attention to detail made the house buying experience a happy one for me. I have already recommended him to my friend who is also looking to purchase a home soon.

He is a very hard working person and he went up and above for me to sell the property. Thanks again Roberto for your hard work and help. Job well done. Aaron

We had Roberto sell this investment property that we had foreclosed on. He was always quick to respond, had the perfect sales approach and got it SOLD quickly! Due to being an out of state client we put all our trust in him to sell and we were completely satisfied. He even recommended an attorney to help close that she was great as well. Overall had a great experience and highly recommend!
