I would like to say Roberto is a real nice guy. He understood what I was looking for helped me find the perfect home he was efficient and I couldn’t be any happier with his work. Great guy I would recommend him any time he helped me in everything I was a first time home buyer and he made it a very nice experience.

Mr. Sanchez did a Great job

Roberto is a strong communicator-follows up well-totally trustworthy-knows his stuff-calls you back and is always looking to improve his skills

Roberto did great and getting my house sold and was always on top of everything needed to make the closing happen. I recommend Roberto Sanchez because he is very patient and very knowledgeable. Great job Roberto Sanchez!

As everyone knows buying a house is the biggest purchase you will make during your lifetime, Roberto helped make it all a lot easier. My girlfriend and I didn't know we wanted to buy a house until 2 months before our lease for our apartment was up, I was referred to Roberto by a family member and instantly he got to know us and our needs. Every chance he got he made himself available to travel to Chicago and show us homes even if it was one or two at a time. His knowledge on homes helped us understand what we were looking for and what we didn't know we wanted. Theres so many different lay outs and attachment and little things that we didn't know were out there but with Robertos experience he opened ou eyes to the endless possibilities. 2 months later and we have finally moved into our beautiful one story single family home all because of Roberto! Thank you very much!

Roberto was recommended by sister. He went above and beyond what I expected a realtor to do. He made the process as smooth as it possibly could have gone. 10/10 Would recommend him to others.

This is my 3rd buy/sell with Robert Sanchez and the experience gets better and better. He not only knows the real estate industry but he has great relationships with lenders and mortgage attorney's to make the process smooth and comfortable. He has my trust and that means everything when buying a home.

Roberto was great in guiding us through the process of getting our home ready to list and show. We had our home under contract in less than 24 hours from the time it was listed.
