Robin was wonderful to work with from the beginning to the end. We have sold multiple times before but this was definitely the easiest. Thanks Robin.

Kind, prudent and knowledgeable. Friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. 10/10 would recommend

During a very competitive time in the real estate market, we are grateful to have had the guidance of Robin. She educated us on what competitive offers would look like and what it would take to secure the home purchase. She was patient and continued to encourage us throughout the home search. Robin always went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and understood the offer and purchase process. This was especially important to us being first time home buyers. My husband and I could not be happier with the experience we had dealing with Robin on the purchase of our first home. She always listened to what we were looking for, was thorough in answering any questions, and always made us feel like a priority amidst her busy schedule. Robin's relationships in the industry with the lenders, home inspectors, and even contractor referrals all helped to make the transaction go smoothly. We will definitely work with Robin again for any future home purchases!

We have known Robin 's family for many years as we all resided on St.George Island. We have always respected the Poe family. Robin was very helpful in accommodating our needs as we are of the older generation and do not have a working knowledge of alot of today's technologies. Robin was a class act from start to finish! We are grateful to Robin for assisting at such a crucial time in our lives.

Having worked with Robin in the past, I know she is the best real estate agent around. She’s diligent, hard-working, and extremely knowledgeable. She worked hard to find us a home that met all of our needs. She was always available and answered all of our questions. Robin made the home buying process extremely easy. She was an advocate for us when needed and made sure the home buying process was quick and easy. She was in communication with us daily, and available anytime to address our questions and concerns. She was extremely respectful and professional. I will only work with Robin as my real estate agent and I highly recommend her to all who ask. Robin is the best real estate agent to work with. I’m so grateful for her time, energy and effort she put into making sure I got my dream home.

Robin was wonderful to work with and extremely helpful throughout the entire home buying process! Thanks so much to Robin for helping us find our first home!

Robin Errington was a wonderful agent to work with. She was easy to reach and very easy to talk to. This was my first time buying a home and she was able to break everything down into layman's terms for me. She is very thorough in her work and makes sure that everything is put through inspection correctly, makes sure paperwork goes though correctly, and doesn't let anything slip through the cracks. At one point in this process, I had a problem with my loan company and she was very kind in speaking with them and getting things straightened out and handled the situation perfectly. I also really appreciate that she follows through after the entire process, including closing, and still reaches out to make sure everything is going smoothly. I would highly highly recommend Robin Errington.

Robin was very helpful, and patient, showing her knowledge and advice throughout the process. She was always able to get us a viewing even when it was a bit tough, and when it came to negotiating her advice was invaluable allowing us to obtain closing costs and a reduction in a sellers market where that was becoming less and less common. Her attention and connection extended past the sale showing her ability to complete follow through as well as keeping in touch.
