She speaks with respect, explains the process to those who are not well versed in it (me), and did not disappoint with handling negotiations. Selling our home was surprisingly easy, which means Robin did her job very well. We knew what what we wanted financially with the sale, and Robin took care of everything else, which is how it should be. She did very well and even stayed in contact with us after the sale, which adds a nice personal touch. We have already recommended her, and will continue to do so, to other friends who are considering selling or buying.
