Robin sharp was the best realitor I have found and I went through 4 others that could not reach my needs like she did and wouldn't listen to what I was looking for like Robin did. I would 100% have Robin as my realitor again, she is so good I might not have to because she found us the perfect home already. Also Robin always seems to answer the phone on the first time and if she doesn't, you'll get a phone call back in 5 minuets or less! Robin is also one good negotiator she managed to get me a great home and was able to talk the seller into paying for most of the closing cost. She is so kind, funny and so easy to work with!

Robin Was fantastic. She was very patient during our search for a lake house in Southwest Michigan. From the showings to the closing she was always available and took care of every aspect of the purchase. A true professional and advocate of her clients.

My friend had previously had Robin as a realtor and was very satisfied . We were very pleased this time and Robin did an awesome job.

This was a rather challenging situation. I knew when I hired Robin that she had the professional nature and the ability to deal with the other seller in the situation. We had multiple offers over the weekend, which exceeded our expectations. We sold the home for substantially over the list price. Robin worked very hard on this transaction. She presented the offers in a manner which proved that she did her homework before hand. The other seller was extremely emotionally invested in this home. Robin was able to work with her to get to a resolution on the sale.

Robin was so helpful and patient with us! She helped us navigate this difficult time trying to buy a house in the market! We couldn’t thank Robin enough for helping us get an amazing house! She would even FaceTime us and send videos when we couldn’t make it to showings as well as setting up showing in super short notice.

Totally pleased with robin sharpe. She worked very hard and was in constant contact during the whole listing selling process. Would recommend her highly
