Robin Vanderkaay

Robin went above and beyond to help my family find the perfect second home for us. She was available during and after hours and was consistently in communication with me. When we couldn't make an in person meeting, she went and provided videos and expert feedback and analysis of the properties we were considering. She has a unique perspective of local properties as she has been part of the community for years. I would recommend Robin anytime someone was looking for property in northern MI.

Robin has been the BEST realtor I have worked with. I have brought 4 high value homes in the past in various states and she was by far the BEST. Very easy to work and communicate with and listened to the important features I wanted in a home. Once we found the home, she was the ultimate professional in making the sale become a reality. Always available and with a welcoming smile. She also listed my home and with the same outstanding traits the home sold immediately thanks to her advice. She was excellent working with myself, the buyer's realtor and the buyers. I would use no other realtor for buying or seeking my home in this area; only Robin. JUST OUTSTANDING 👏

If I buy or sell a home again this this area, I will only work with Robin Vanderkaay due to her expertise, work ethic, communication skills with all parties involved, her willingness to follow though on any part of listing, selling, showing you properties, giving her sound opinions, and professionalism.
