She did up and beyond what we thought a real estate agent would do

Rochelle Liaros made the purchase of our new home seamless and pleasant. She took into consideration our needs and wants, and spent a good deal of time with us viewing homes in various areas and communities. She was quick to respond to my many calls and inquiries, answered my questions, sought information on my behalf and made valued suggestions. I greatly appreciated her clear communications - from beginning to end, along with her attention to detail. Rochelle is a seasoned professional and knows the business. Who would have thought a real estate transaction would have been effortless and FUN! I fully endorse Rochelle Liaros for your real estate needs.

Rochelle was amazing! She was there through every step of the way and made sure we were completely satisfied in the selling of our home. She was kind, efficient, and a go getter.

After living in the same home for 34 years, health issues forced us to put our large property up for sale. We had not planned to sell, and we had certainly not planned to buy. We knew we had to downsize, but did not know if we wanted a house on a piece of property a bit smaller, a house in a subdivision, a condo, or a townhouse. We discovered Rochelle at an open house in Deep Creek my husband saw on one of the realtor sites. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We kept in touch with her, and even asked for the restrictions for Deep Creek, which she quickly sent to us. Fast forward past Hurricane Ian, some unplanned hospitalizations, and a new roof replacement at our existing home, and Rochelle was still there for us. She knew our situation, and introduced us to the concept of a Villa, which is the one housing/condo concept, we had not considered. It was exactly what we needed. Although health issues have kept us from being as involved as we would like to be, we feel safe, the community members we've met have been wonderful, and the large, two car garage gives us enough room to store many of our items, and to work on crafts and other projects. Rochelle has been such a blessing to us. She has seen us during some very difficult times in our lives, and checked in on us regularly. She never gave up on helping us find our perfect home.
