Ron aka “Awesome Sauce”! He made an extraordinary effort to get us the townhouse we wanted hitting all the check marks. In this difficult market we succeeded thanks to his all around awesomeness. We are truly happy from point A - Z.

Easy to work with and very swift in correspondence to achieve the best outcome for your needs! He always kept me in the loop during any changes or updates as well as was very educated and explained everything that was going on!

Ron was extremely patient and understanding. He took the time to make sure we understood every step of the process and made sure every single one of our questions was answered. He really listened to our needs and made sure we didn't waste any time looking at properties that would not be a good fit. Even when we were having second thoughts he was extremely supportive and made sure we were making educated decisions.

He was great!! No complaints here. I was 5 months pregnant at that time. Ron was very patient And understanding through the whole process. My husband and I are looking forward to buying a house in the future with Ron’s help of course.

To begin this whole process mid carona was my biggest fear! But Ron made things work and fast!
