RORY CLARK

Rory made us feel like we were his only clients. His communication with us through the selling process was excellent and his advice was spot on for the current conditions of the market. We are super happy we chose Rory for the sale of our home.

Rory we really appreciated the effort you put into the market survey on how we should price our property. I know you thought we were a little high at $950k but your approach was honest and informative and in the end communicated it was our decision and if we did not get any action then be prepared to drop the price. The photographer you used was awesome and we thank you for giving us the photos and video for future reminiscing. You made the house selling experience as stress free as it could be and we have recommended you to all of our neighbours so hopefully you can get some future sales! Thanks again, Dave & Heather

The listing and selling process can be very scary but Rory looked after all the fine details for me and was very professional to work with. Rory was always available to answer any of my real estate questions. I would recommend Rory to all my friends and family.
