The Kim Patenaude and Rory Fivek Real Estate Group

Rory and Lizzy came highly recommended by a colleague of mine who lives in Concord, and they were truly fantastic to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable about which areas were the “right” places to be—and just as importantly, which locations to avoid. They consistently gave us honest, thoughtful feedback on homes they didn’t feel were the right fit. While that was sometimes difficult to hear in the moment, it ultimately allowed us to be patient and wait until the perfect opportunity came along. Rory and Lizzy guided us seamlessly through every step of the process, from the LOI and PSA all the way through closing. Their professionalism, expertise, and integrity made a complex process feel manageable, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Rory was a perfect match for me. She responded immediately to all of my questions, met me every time I wanted to see the property (no matter the time of day), and answered so many questions herself or got the answers for me. I'd also like to say, I was coming from out of town, so the service people she recommended (Inspector, Design Consultants) were/are first rate. I highly recommend Rory Fivek!

Kim Patenaude and Rory Fivek Real estate team are extremely knowledgeable and I trusted their advice /suggestions to facilitate our goal of moving our property quicky for the best price. They were very reponsive when we reached out and the entire process was smooth and easy. Definitely would recommend them to others and will plan to use them if we purchase a new property
