Rosa Bueno is great at what she does. She is a great communicator and really cares about her customers. She kept us calm during the whole transaction and was very knowledgeable. I sometimes tend to over analyze situations and she was great at putting everything back into perspective. She was always available for showings and was very prompt to answer any questions. At closing, we discovered that a repair was still pending and Rosa was very involved after closing, until the repair was completed. We will be using her again for our future real estate transactions and I will raving about her services to friends and family members.
