I've known Rosa for a few years. We've done business together as I am a loan officer. She is professional, smart and a very hard worker. I know many realtors but never considered anyone else but Rosa.

We were very pleased with Rosa's prompt responding to our communication (texts, emails). When interested in a showing, she would get it scheduled pretty much immediately, for instance, we would contact her on Sunday, at 7pm and we would have showing scheduled the next day. Rosa was very patient with us, as at the beginning of our home search, we were not quite sure what we wanted. She was very flexible and understanding. If you are looking for an agent who is dedicated and experienced, Rosa is your person! Highly recommend!
