Even things that the seller's agent should've taken care of and didn't, she, as the buyer's agent took care of it when she had no obligation to. She always accommodated my schedule and has become a close friend. She's reliable, knowledgeable, helpful, thoughtful, and exceptionally great at her job. She helped us find our first home and took care of everything even after the closing, she recommended companies and contractors to us that could help with our house maintenance. She went out of her way with getting viewings, inspections set up, paperwork, contracts, everything. I could not have done this without her. She's the best.

Working with Rose Alanis was a delight from start to finish. This was a very difficult sale in that we were faced with a passive-aggressive tenant who made it very difficult to show the property (wouldn't answer/return calls; stopped two sales by refusing to vacate (despite being offered a number of financial incentives); left his dogs unattended with prospective buyers on the premises and allowed the yard to be covered with dog feces. Through all of this Rose's attitude remained upbeat and enthusiastic. She was emotionally supportive when things were not going well (which was often) and provided excellent guidance throughout. Additionally, she worked smoothly with the other professionals involved (buyer's realtor, lawyers, city permit department, outside contractors).
