Rose Canha did an excellent job. She knew what we had to do and did it better than we expected. We went into the process thinking it would be hellish and it was surprisingly easy and quick. We listed on a Thurs and had signed contract on a Sunday. Wish everything in life went as easy. We would definitely refer friends to Rose with no hesitation at all.
