We struggled for almost a year trying to get a house. I tried many offers and saw too many houses. Each time Roxana Cortes-Trinidad did her best to figure out a way to make my offer more likely to be chosen. Roxana Cortes-Trinidad did her best each house offer and kept things very professional and straight forward with how the process would be. Time and time again solely based on the way the market is we didn't get a house. Again I want to reiterate that at no point was it Roxana Cortes-Trinidad that I didn't get a home just a crazy market. She stuck with me though through the process and finally I got my dream home that I didn't expect. All of this was thanks to Roxana Cortes-Trinidad.
