I enjoyed working with Roxanne and Tami, , It was a hard house to sell in the market conditions and I think they did what was necessary to market and show the home.They are both fun professionals to work with and I would recommend them to family and friends. The brochures and internet showings were top notch....They were always accessible one or the other for showings and or conversations.They are a great team!

Officially, I didn't have an agent or broker representing me, but Roxanne Kurosky, even though I didn't choose her, was the best possible sales professional for me. Went out of her way, several times, to ensure the process of the transaction was smooth and to accommodate me. I received communications from Roxanne throughout the sales process whenever there was a development -- and there were several. She kept me up to date on what the sellers had done to prepare the home for purchase and what else needed to be done. I've been represented by sales professionals before, but Roxanne outdid them all -- and she wasn't even my broker. When we needed to meet, including to look in person at the home I eventually brought, Roxanne agreed to my timeframes when necessary. She didn't have to do anything for me because there was plenty of interest in the property and several offers. Roxanne was honest with me from the beginning, including telling me at the time I toured the home there were other offers and what these offers were. When an offer came in that exceeded mine, Roxanne called me almost immediately. I eventually got the house, a dream place and it wouldn't have happened without her. She even got me a housewarming gift.
