Roy is great! He’s honest, he’s a straight shooter, he guided me through the whole process, I would definitely recommend Roy to anybody I know friends and family! I appreciate him.

We felt that the initial meeting with Roy influenced us in signing on with Century 21 and Roy. He was very knowledgeable in regard to the local sales. He was very friendly, answered all of our questions, and he presented as a real "go getter" when it came to marketing our home. He explained the current market and helped us come to a sales price on our home. We liked his confidence when it came to marketing our property. During the sales process there were several time sensitive issues that needed to be addressed ( inspections, testing results, etc.) Roy was always very punctual with keeping on top of all of the issues for us. He guided us with what our responsibilities were in selling the home as well as keeping us posted on the other developing issues as the sales process was taking place. Even with the best of situations, selling a home can be stressful. Roy, was there for us the entire time. Anytime we called with questions or needing clarification on what the next step in the sales process was going to be , Roy was available for us. He made our house sale a lot easier for us.
