Roy L'Italien is a veteran and so "thank you for your service"! I would like to start out by saying I have flipped and sold houses in the past and one of our biggiest challenges was the property that just sold, my wife and I put all our blood sweat and tears in this place and it was going to be the home that the whole family will want to come visit because of it's immaculate appearance but because of personal situations we had to sell to help others. With that said, we needed an agressive, proffessional and very focused realtor who is very sincere with your needs and wants to sell your home and ONLY with Roy not only meet our standards he went above and beyond our standards. Bottomline up front he knows houses and we ended up getting more for our house than we were asking. At this point in our lives i do not see another realtor in my future eccept Roy L'Italien.
