When I did the internet search and the company sent me the names of 3 real estate agents, it was someone who worked for the other two brokers that contacted me. I liked that it was Roy himself who contacted me. I didn't want to work with someone who works FOR the recommended agent. I wanted to work directly with the agent myself. Roy is very enthusiastic. He's right on top of every step in the process. I had contacted him originally back in February even though we were not actually able to take control of the rental unit that needed repairs until July and not able to list the property until September. He was very patient and helpful, checking in with me periodically along the way. He helped me to find a contractor to do the work on the exterior of the building, he responded very quickly to all communications, and he was extremely accessible.
