We were in California, during the listing and sale of our house. We only returned for the closing. Roy took care of everything we needed. He even arranged for snow removal. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was covered. I had peace of mind while working with Roy. I would highly recommend Roy to anyone that needed a Realtor in Maine. If I ever move back to Maine, I would use Roy.

Roy has always been a good salesman! He did not disappoint! Thanks Roy you kept us very informed throughout the process! Keep up the good work!

Roy and Team L'italien are phenomenal and they did a great job as usual. We look forward to using Team L'italien again on the next one!

Very professional and dedicated.

Roy is persistent and responsive to my needs.
