Right from the beginning Roy showed interest and motivation. When we said we were not ready yet because we were having our new house built and wanted to wait till we were ready to move in before putting the house we were in on the market he was very understanding and proceeded to write us a personal letter along with one of his magnetic business cards and that is what sold us on him. Once we were ready to sell he didn't waste any time to get things going.

Roy worked with me on my price point where other realtors would not. Selling a home from out of state appeared to be hard and stressful but Roy made it easy. Communications were outstanding, I always knew what was happening with showings and prospective buyers. When one sale fell through he immediately found another buyer within a week. Closing was flawless, everything was ready with no delays. The office is absolutely beautiful, old house charm and very well kept.
