We worked with Roy 3 years ago with the purchase of our home and we couldn't have been more happy with the effort put forth in getting our offer in and making sure we had the best chance of having our offer accepted. Obviously it was a no Brainer he would be the man for the job when it came time to sell the house. Roy did an amazing job once again with the sale of our house. We had an unfortunate back out of another buyer, and within a couple weeks we had another buyer with an even better offer. We are extremely happy with his performance and professionalism.
