His knowledge and expertise was greatly appreciated. He made buying our first home a great experience!

All around awesome to work with, very patient with the sale process. Thanks Ryan!

We are so happy we had the opportunity to work with Ryan on our house buying adventure. He was so helpful every step of the way and made the entire process so easy. He truly cares about his clients. We took possession of our house on my birthday and the addition of the birthday cupcakes to the already awesome wine package was greatly appreciated. Thank you Ryan for helping us find our dream home.

Ryan was very knowledgeable and help us find our forever home. On possession day he captured all of the excitement from the entire family. He thought of everything to make us feel welcome in our new home, a beautiful gift for my husband and I and even Halloween treat for our girls. I would recommend Ryan to anyone. We had a wonderful experience.

We decided to go to his house to ask about work done on his house which we could see from our house.(did not know he was a realtor!) He gave us this info and mentioned he was a realtor. We asked if he would give our house an appraisal, and soon we had it listed and were looking for another! Ryan was very helpful throughout the whole process. He was always ready to answer our questions (which were many), and helped us through every aspect of the sale. We could not have found a better realtor! He was always concerned about us. Ryan was always available whenever we had a question, or needed help with anything.

Ryan was very helpful, informative, patient, and friendly throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions and provided good information about different styles of homes, possible issues based on age of the house, and neighbourhoods. I would definitely recommend Ryan to my family and friends.

We knew Ryan when he was in high school. He was always a great guy so when we found out he was a realtor we contacted him and asked him a few questions. He then set up a profile for us. He was always the first one to answer our inquiries, he knew what we were looking for and he gave us honest and useful information when we would inquire about a property, and we found that he was still the nice, respectful, and intelligent young man that we had known 20 some years ago. I never rate anyone I deal with as excellent in all categories but with Ryan I am unable to find fault in any area. Ryan went above and beyond to keep us informed through the whole process. We were very very impressed with Ryan and would give him full marks. We would highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a great Real Estate Agent.

Ryan was extremely helpful throughout the the whole process of our house purchase.

Ryan is an excellent realtor. He is friendly, personable, and very professional, always offering to help in any way he can. He was very patient as I was looking for a house for over a year. Ryan makes the experience of looking for a house enjoyable rather than stressful. Ryan, thank you so much for your patience, kindness, and support.

Ryan is truly an expert! He is knowledgeable about everything from the industry to home structure. He is pleasant, timely, considerate and understanding. We looked at multiple properties to find my new home. He made the whole experience fun and exciting. The sale of my property happened quickly and he worked very hard through the negotiation process to ensure that I received the most value from my property. I highly recommend working with Ryan!
