Ryan is part of community and well known. He did a tremendous job of communicating throughout process.

This was hands' down one of the smoothest real estate transactions I've had, and given the housing market, it had the potential not to be. I really appreciated Ryan's attention to detail and willingness to be helpful. He has an unsurpassed knowledge of the area, a great eye for potential (and potential problems) in homes, and is always willing to be direct and honest when asked for his opinion. On top of that, his handling of legal paperwork and communication was timely and always detail-oriented.

Ryan Krogman was a tremendous resource for me in purchasing a new home. He was very knowledgeable of the local area and options available. He guided me through the entire process easily. I would highly recommend Ryan.

Working with Ryan was a true delight. It's clear that he desires to offer stellar customer service and offer his clients direct support through the selling and purchasing process. From our initial contact with Ryan, he made himself available to accommodate 'after-hours' service and was prompt to take action with time-sensitive operations. Our home sold in under a week, and we have no doubt his prompt professionalism was a key factor in the quick turnaround. My husband and I would undoubtedly recommend him to friends and family members - and use his services again if needed.
