We had used Ryan as an agent when we originally bought our house, he was so helpful and knowledgeable so we knew we would want to continue using him in future home decisions like when we decided to sell. He was easy to get ahold of or responded back quickly and always with an answer. This was the sale of our first home, and that can be a little tough sometimes, Ryan made it so much easier and so much more comfortable.

We have complete confidence in Ryan's professional expertise, knowledge of the regional real estate market and his personalized approach and respect of our goals. Ryan is completely trustworthy and we depend upon this. He is pro-active and has provided opportunities for real estate development opportunities as well as buying or selling residential properties. We have recommended Ryan to others which we would not do without complete confidence. We hope to continue working with Ryan as our go to realtor. We have worked with 4-5 other realtors over the past 40 years and we believe that Ryan is an exceptional realtor and "partner". Ryan returns our calls/texts promptly, communicates regularly regarding progress, keeps us well informed so we can make good decisions and treats us with an appreciative, professional and friendly manner. We are fortunate to be able to work with Ryan.

My dealings with Mr Krogman, for the purchase of my new home, were entirely by phone. I lived 1600 miles away and relied on his professionalism and knowledge to guide me through the process. He had suggestions for me that proved to be both useful and timely. I truly could not be more pleased with the outcome! Since it had been over 25 years since I purchased my last home, Mr Krogman ensured I understood all aspects of the process. He made me comfortable with the process, which is not easy to do. Mr Krogman is the kind of trustworthy realtor I will be recommending to my friends.

Ryan assisted us with the purchase and sale of two houses. We were so pleased with his support during the first sale that there really was no question about who was helping us with the second!

We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Ryan Krogman on both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new home. He helped us to clearly understand the market for our sale and what it would cost to get the features we were looking for in our new home. Ryan gave us excellent advice on staging our home for effective showings and quickly found us our new home with the key features we were looking for. He kept both transactions on track throughout the process, always with a calm, friendly demeanor.
