This was a difficult sale and closing due to the time of the year, the slowdown in the market and the nature of the buyer. But, with patience and diligence, Ryan and Christina, led us to the goal of getting a fair price for our house, helping to remove contingencies, and to a smooth closing so that we were able to make our out of state move and close on our new Condo in Tennessee. I sold real estate in the area for 20 years until I retired in 2006 and I knew that the marketing and sale of houses had changed a lot during that time. Personality was important for us. Ryan is kind however honest about what he sees and what is asked about homes. We were impressed with his background in flipping Homes as he was able to answer construction questions. We never felt rushed and Ryan was very accommodating to our needs as we were out of towners.
