Initially we were going to use the agent that we used when we bought the house. After several discussions with her we realized that she was "Not in tune" with the market or our needs. After talking to Ryan we decided he was just what we were looking for. Up to date on the market, understood our needs and timeliness. We had two offers in only two weeks, blown away by the short time it took to sell. I will be honest, Ryan is a little hyper. Talks a mile a minute. But, that is a good thing. When closing day came and went, Ryan and I were (and are still) calling each other from time to time to just talk. Whether it be about our families, current news, or something else. That’s when I finally realized that Ryan wasn’t just my real estate agent- he was now a close friend of mine. That in and of itself just goes to show that all his kindness and politeness throughout the sale of the home wasn’t just small talk like you’ll get from most agents— Ryan truly does care about his clients. And that’s really what puts him on a higher level than any other agent around. Thank you Ryan for all that you did for me and my family. We couldn’t have done it without you.

Ryan went to bat for us over and over again. He worked tirelessly for us. Ryan did an unbelievable job marketing our home, but above everything Ryan was someone we trusted completely. We knew he had our best interest at heart, and we never once worried about him speaking to clients or buyers on our behalf. Ryan did more than just help us sell our home, his office even helped us with all the little things you gotta do that are easy to forget. They were on top of everything.
