This was our third home purchase, and Ryan is by far the best agent we've had to date. Ryan and Christina came by three months before we listed so they could help us prep and tell us how to setup the house. Then, they kept in touch with us with absolutely zero pressure to even sign a contract with them. On the day we decided to sign the contract, Ryan came by and walked us through all the paperwork. He arranged the photographer to come out and then, on the day of listing, put up the sign and told us what to expect. Sale went quickly and Ryan kept us in check to not "jump the gun" and make a decision too quickly. Kept us apprised and contacted us immediately when contacted with showings and offers. In the end, Ryan rocks! Easy to get in touch with, easy to talk to, all-around great person! Our only regret is that we are moving out of the area and probably won't be dealing with him on buying/selling any other homes.
