An Overall excellent experience!

Ryan Ryckman and his team are there right when you need them. Knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional, and always in your corner. Thanks again for another great sale. You guys are awesome!

Purchasing a home is insanely stressful, but we had Ryan Ryckman as our agent and knew we were in great hands. Ryan and his wife Christina are a wonderful team and go out of their way for their clients. Not only was Ryan incredibly knowledgeable, but he was friendly, punctual, and always had our best interest in mind. Ryan made our first home buying experience amazing and I wouldn't recommend anyone else! Thank you Ryan and Christina for the wonderful experience and helping us find the perfect place we can call home!

We were nervous going in about how the process would work since we had never sold a house. From the moment we met with Ryan Rickman we instantly felt better and at ease. He gave us all the information we were looking for, and gave suggestions but was never pushy. He is such an easy person to talk to we felt extremely comfortable going to him with any questions we had and every time he made us feel so much better. The process went smoothly and quickly and he kept in contact with us through the entire process so we knew exactly what was happening and when. I can not recommend him enough if anybody is looking for a real estate agent.

Ryan Ryckman made the buying process so easy. He kept me informed of property listing as they came on the market and let me know what to expect.

Ryan and his team were incredible! He put his personal touch on every aspect of the selling process, and thanks to him and his team our house sold well and quickly! He helped us prepare a self-guided tour of our property, highlighting our selling points and best features even when we weren't there. There is no one more knowledgeable, connected, or better prepared to ensure their clients get the most out of their real estate deals! I have personally recommended Ryan to every friend and family member who has needed an agent in the Chesapeake area, and I will continue to do so! Anyone who is fortunate enough to work with him and benefit from his expertise is in for an excellent time, and at the end of the process I was left almost wishing we had another property to sell! If you have the chance to work with Ryan Ryckman and his phenomenal team, I recommend you jump on that chance to work with someone who epitomizes dedication and professionalism and is an absolute pleasure to work with!

My family and I were moving from New York and knew very little about the area other than an exploratory trip we had taken the previous year. Ryan was a perfect fit for us, as his deep knowledge of the area and willingness to entertain all of our questions set us at ease in the buying process. We felt like a valued member of the community before we were even a part of it! Thank you for the amazing partnership in this important time of our lives. If you are looking for a professional and organized real estate agent with deep knowledge of the Chesapeake area, Ryan is an excellent choice.

I would recommend Ryan Ryckman to any and all of my friends and relatives. He had fantastic communication during the whole process. Ryan was so amazing! Our timeline was crazy. I flew out to VA. and he had a huge family gathering. Even though he was "out of the office", he showed me a property. Another time he was out of town at a meeting. I found the home we happen to buy. He came back into town to show the property to my son. Worked up an offer and the rest is history. We inconvenienced him at every turn. It didn't seem to bother him at all. He was very gracious and kind through the whole process.

Ryan and Christina are truly the dream team. They are knowledgeable and balanced in their actions and decisions. You will feel comfortable and informed about what is going on every step of the way. They are transparent and trustworthy. They bring experience to combat any issue along the way with ease. To top it off they are just great company and people. They will make you feel like you are their only client. You cannot find a better real estate team.
