Ryan Smith was great about everything from start to finish during our recent purchase. He was very thorough and helped us through every step of the way. He always kept me in the loop and communicated very well with both my husband and I, the seller, and the banker, insurance agents, etc... He was very professional and very knowledgeable about the home buying process and answered all our questions no matter the time of day. I will definitely recommend Ryan Smith to all my friends and family.

I buy and sell property throughout the country and the only downfall is Ryan is only lic in Kentucky..... I have done business with 7 different realtors in the past 10 years and Mr Smith is actually 1 of only 2 agents that I trust in what they say..... to me, most realtors are no better then used car salesman.... their focus is on one goal..... COMMISSION... That's not the case with Ryan... In regards to being able to actually view the properties I'm located in California and Montana and don't always have the ability to fly out to inspect the property I'm purchasing so I have to rely on my agent's and Ryan has preformed a inspection for me on 8 or 9 times only to come back with his assessment....He has warned me about the property conditions only to advise me to move on and let's look for other homes....Who does that... He just advised himself right out of a commission.....My point is I would never think about using any agent except Ryan... Thanks again Ryan.. Unlike most agent in the state of Kentucky Ryan is so on top of his customer service in some cases he's aware of issue on perspective property before I am I've said enough about Ryan..... Again I wouldn't think about using anyone but Mr Smith.... If Ryan moved to another broker I would move also
