I have no complaints whatsoever regarding RHR or Ryan! Both were wonderful. Ryan made us feel like our worries were relevant but also kept us very level-headed which was important. Ryan was an expert at all steps of the home purchasing process and really helped us navigate struggles as first time home buyers.

Ryan Smith was fantastic. He went above and beyond our expectations. He is very knowledgeable about the area and the buying process. It was my first time buying a house so I had many questions which he always had an answer for. He always got back to me quickly and was willing to set up a viewing of a home with little notice and worked around my and my husband's work schedule. On top of all of that he is just a great guy, which made it very easy to feel comfortable with him. I will be recommending him to anyone I know in the area that is planning to buy or sell a house and if/ when we need a realtor in the future we will be going back to Ryan.

Ryan did an amazing job for us from start to finish. It does not take long to realize that he works hard, and seeks to do things as quickly but as courteously as possible. I especially appreciated the use of paperless systems that cut down the number of meetings I had to add to add to my schedule.
