We knew we wanted to work with CENTURY 21 Properties Plus when starting the process of buying our first home and Ryan Snyder was highly recommended to us. We lived out of state so it was very important for us to work with someone who understood our wants and needs and someone we could trust. Ryan was a perfect fit for us and was very accommodating to help us through the process even though we were so far away. With Ryan's help we were able to narrow down the options and get a list of homes to view when we came in town. We were only in town a short amount of time, but Ryan managed to help us negotiate and lock down a home that was perfect for our family. Being first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and Ryan was able to answer them all and make us feel very comfortable through the whole process. Ryan went above and beyond what was expected of him and we are greatly appreciative of that. We would definitely recommend Ryan Snyder to any friends or family who are looking to purchase a home and would use Ryan again in the future.

We absolutely loved everything about Ryan from a professional level to personal level!! THANK YOU :) He was incredibly patient, knowledgable and pro-active. We could not have been more fortunate to have the sale of our home in Ryan's hands. He is just wonderful!

We asked to work with Ryan based on recommendations from friends we knew who had worked with him before. This was not our first purchase and we were pretty particular but Ryan seemed to really understand what we were looking for right away. He was ALWAYS there supporting us in each step of our purchase. I don't want to think about where we'd be were it not for his guidance. AND he always seemed to do it with a smile, even though I'm sure we drove him nuts!

Ryan Snyder is by far the best realtor and the only realtor I would highly recommend to friends and family. My husband and I were needing to move within 2 months and he made that happen. I can't express how grateful we were to have such an amazing realtor to help us with buying our first home. He was always available to answer any and all questions or concerns we had through the process. Thank you again! With Ryan's help we are home owners and we are so happy!!!

Ryan Snyder is the consummate professional. Our home buying process took over 9 months to locate the right property and eventually close on it. We ran into many challenges along the way, but Ryan never gave up or lost enthusiasm for working with us. He was always extremely responsive with all communications and was a pleasure to work with. We will highly recommend Ryan to everyone we know.
