Vanessa and Ryan took their time to answer any concerns or questions we had. They went above and beyond to help us and we could not have done this without them! They truly care about their clients and will do anything possible to ensure we are comfortable and taken care of during the process. I could not recommend Vanessa and Ryan enough. Their knowledge, professionalism and care their clients truly shows and we are grateful to have had the opportunity to work together with them during such a challenging time in our lives while we were purchasing a home from across the country.

This entire process was made super easy thanks to Vanessa and Ryan! The attention to detail was superb in every category listed above. Not only did they give amazing recommendations for inspections, they knew what to look for in a home, from possible red flags to all the positives. Vanessa and Ryan were beyond words amazing! They were extremely professional, and made the entire process super comfortable and easy. Vanessa stayed on top of everything when it came to the paperwork and everything in between. Communication was top notch, there was never a moment where they were unreachable. We knew we were taken care of working with Vanessa and Ryan, in our minds, they’re family now! Finding a perfect home is never easy, despite the multiple rejections we received Vanessa and Ryan were always positive and optimistic! There are no words to express how grateful we are to have been able to work with them. There is no one else we would choose to work with and can’t wait for our family and friends to decide to move out this way so we can send them over the Vanessa and Ryan!!

Vanessa is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She always has an answer to your questions and if not she will find out and let you know immediately. Ryan is very helpful about informing you of the surrounding area/neighborhoods as well as repairs and maintenance of properties.

Both she and her husband were very professional and approachable.

Vanessa Kwasny was honestly our dream realtor. She was kind, attentive, and worked closely with us to satisfy all our needs from the moment the process began until closing day (and after). Moreover, Vanessa clearly possesses the knowledge and toolset to make the process as painless and stress-free as possible. She is deeply knowledgeable about the area, the market, and all the details that would have been lost on me and my partner. I cannot recommend Vanessa enough to anyone at any stage in the home buying or selling process. When the time comes to move again, Vanessa will be the person I call.

I always felt that Vanessa had out best interest when we had any concerns or questions Vanessa never made me feel rushed or unimportant. She was kind and understanding. When I would feel overwhelmed she would make me feel at ease

We worked with Vanessa previously when purchasing our home in 2017. So when we were ready to sell that home and buy a new home, we knew that we would want to work with Vanessa again. As a seller in the current market, we knew that our home would likely sell pretty quickly. The Kwasny Team came to our home to give market value assessment and also did a lot of research on the comps to reach our target list price. Sure enough, we had two offers within a few days. Unfortunately neither worked out quite right for our situation but Vanessa stayed positive, worked hard to piece the sale back together and get us into our new home where we are today. As a buyer in the current market, it's tough going but somehow we were able to find our new home right away. Vanessa made sure we got to view the homes we wanted to see and made suggestions for some that were not even on the market yet. We found the home we wanted and get locked into contract right away. It got a bit tricky when our buyers fell through but Vanessa worked through the situations and we able to obtain several extensions through the closing the home we were selling. It was quite a roller coaster and she was fantastic and patient through it all. We highly recommend Vanessa and truly appreciate all of the hard work!
