Ryan went above and beyond for us. We viewed several homes that we really liked and Ryan, knowing what we were looking for, advised us to make offers within our budget. Although we didn't win, he explained to us why we lost our offers and how we could make more competitive offers in the future. Eventually, we were able to get a home that we LOVED well within out price point. I appreciate Ryan's reminder to remain within our budget and not to waive the inspection.
