Ryan was amazing! He helped us get into or our dream home and guided us through all the twists and turns graciously. Couldn't have asked for a better agent! We appreciated his honesty and knowledge throughout the whole process. Highly recommend and will definitely use him in the future.

Ryan did a great job understanding what I was looking for and did everything possible to execute that he was always available and accepted calls constantly on the weekends at night couldn't ask for a better Realtor

Ryan was awesome and was always there when need or called.

Ryan was very understanding of Benai's situation. He molded Benai's needs with his skills and adapted to the customer and property. Ryan was very considerate and informative, adding his personal touch and taking care of things even when he was out of town. Ryan not only communicated to Benai, but with her children to keep everyone on the same page. Thank you Ryan.

Ryan got us into our first home after living in a trailer park. When we wanted to move to the country we knew Ryan was our realtor for the buying of the new property and the sale of the current property. We do not plan on buying or selling anytime soon but will definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a realtor. We could not have picked anyone better than him. It was an absolute pleasure working with him.

I have worked with other relators before and have not gotten the same results. This is the second time I have worked with Ryan Wolf and would do it again. He knows his job and gets it done in a timely matter. He goes all out when selling and helps in anyway possible. Even as I am 2000 miles away Ryan Wolf did everything in his power to help everything run smooth. Thank You Century 21 for having employees like Ryan Wolf.

We were referred to Ryan Wolf by Veteran's Home Mortgage Co. out of Springfield MO. He worked with us for several years looking at properties in the Bismarck area. Although we decided not to use Veteran's Home Mortgage, we were impressed by Ryan's professionalism and remained with hm. When we finally found the property we are currently in, he assisted us through the process in a totally professional manner. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ryan to anyone needing a top notch realtor. Ryan does it all in a professional manner! I especially like the way he takes the time to explain the process in a way that is easily understandable. Can't say enough good things about Ryan Wolf! We handled the entire process with Ryan.

We've now used Ryan for 2 sales and 3 purchases! He provides prompt service, makes himself accessible, and knows all the ins and outs of the real estate buying and selling process to make it as simple as possible.

When we first started looking for rural property / ranch we had not spoken to Ryan. After speaking to our lender and getting a pre approval we reached out to Ryan about a specific listing but unknown to us someone had already made an offer that was accepted. After that Ryan had set up our search and being North Dakota there are not many homesteads that go up for sale. We happened upon a listing just outside our search area and Ryan set up the viewing immediately the next day. We loved it and wanted to make an offer. From the beginning Ryan worked with the other broker and we got our offer accepted. Ryan was awesome getting signatures on the weekend and in the evening he was still working on getting our offer through. In the end we closed and are now proud owners of our forever home on a North Dakota Ranch. Highly recommend Ryan Wolf from Morrison Century 21.

We felt Ryan went above and beyond in helping us understand the different parts of the homebuying process. From viewing properties to the finer points of the purchase agreement to the inspection and closing Ryan was able to walk us through each and provide us with key information so that we could make informed decisions. Ryan was an excellent advocate for our home needs. When the home inspection identified electrical and plumbing issues Ryan prepared a repair request and was diligent in following up with the sellers agent on the status of the repairs. We are convinced that Ryan's advice is the reason that our purchase agreement was accepted among several different offers. Ryan helped us draft an offer that was competitive in terms of price and also in asking for concessions from the seller. We love our new home and have Ryan to thank for making the purchase possible. Thanks Ryan!
