Sally James

Sally James was terrific! She quickly understood our quirky home needs and realized what worked and did not work for us. In negotiations, she knew when I needed time to decompress. After closing, she's still helpful! I highly recommend Sally.

Sally James did everything possible to find a buyer for our property. Right after we listed our home, we were faced with a shrinking market. Sally went out of her way to advertise our property is all possible areas. She kept us informed about every sale possibility. When she found the buyer, every detail was carefully covered. Sally isn't just a fantastic Realestate agent, but has also become a wonderful friend. We were ,blessed indeed to have had Sally as our realtor.

Sally went above and beyond in her capacity as realtor to assist us with the sale of our property, which we inherited after my mother's passing. She was with us from day one addressing our questions and concerns from a marketplace standpoint but also from a logistical standpoint as we began this process from afar (we live in Austin). Sally was so helpful in finding resources (charities and individuals in need) for the contents of the home and trusted contractors for necessary repairs and prep work. She knew it was important for us for the property to be handled with care. She expertly advised us on the proper listing price which resulted in immediate interest upon listing and viable offers. Sally kept us aprised of all activity and expectations throughout the process. Sally James should be your first call when exploring real estate to buy or sell in the Kerr County area.
