Our realtor, Mr. Hamad, was exceptional from start to finish. After showing us a few of the homes we had selected, he quickly understood what type of house we were truly looking for and helped us realize which kinds of homes would suit us better—especially since we weren’t very experienced with houses. He truly went above and beyond—not only helping us find the right home but also continuing to support us well after closing. He offered practical advice, helped us settle in, and connected us with reliable, trustworthy vendors. He made the entire process feel easier and far less stressful, and we genuinely felt supported and enjoyed every step of the way. After closing when unloading our furniture, our scheduled mover didn’t show up. It was late in the afternoon and getting dark. Mr. Hamad walked around and asked some workers from a nearby building for help, and they kindly agreed. Mr. Hamad even installed a blind for us and treated us like his family. We cannot thank him enough.
