Am glade to have Sam with me for closing purchase he really do professional job

Honest and Trustworthy, Great working with him. This the 5th time using him

Thanks Sam. Well done!

Sam Hamad is a great realtor. He helped us buy our house back in 2013 and we just recently called him again to handle a local home for my folks. The whole process was so much easier with his help. Big families have complicated needs, and along the way, we ran into a number of unexpected snags due to outside factors, but no problem was too big and no detail too small for Sam to arrange everything to everyone's satisfaction. My parents were so impressed and the new house is everything we hoped for. I wholeheartedly recommend Sam Hamad for anyone who wants to find their perfect home. Just tell him what you want, what you need and what your DIY comfort zone looks like, he'll find you something perfectly ideal with never a word of pressure and look out for your best interests every step of the way. There's nobody better!

I presently live in Tampa, Fl. Mr Hamad handled the whole sale with out me being in Va and he was truly great. He was totally involved in the whole process and kept me well informed on what was going on. I believe him to be an outstanding agent and would highly recommend him to others. Great Job on his part.

Sold my house in less than 1 week. Enjoyed working with a professional. Trustworthy and easy to work with.
